Unlike many of our competitors, we don't produce compatible and remanufacture cartridges ourselves as we believe that a specialist company should be picked based on their record of reliability and quality. This does mean higher buying costs for ourselves as we are buying a better quality product but we try to cut down the mark-up that we take in order to keep ourselves fiercely competitive. Remember also that we will try to match any price if you do happen to find cartridges cheaper elsewhere.

We primarily source these cartridges from X-Print.
X-Print are a major supplier of inkjet cartridges produced to the highest standards. Of course all cartridges are fully guaranteed and are produced in line with ISO 9001 standards.
Our cartridges can be either pigmented or dye based depending on the particular cartridge and if necessary they include the chip required by the more advanced printers in the Epson range so they are ready to use straight out of the box. The only exception to this rule is a very small number of cartridges that don’t have replacement chips available for legal reasons and this will always be made clear in the product description.

If for whatever reason we can’t get hold of a specific cartridge in the X-Print brand then we reserve the right to fallback to another approved supplier, but of course we still guarantee them 100%
