Refresh Systems Ltd started life as a computer consultancy business back in April 1999 but diversified into selling printer cartridges at the beginning of 2003 at which point Refresh Cartridges was born.
By most major benchmarks the company is still in its infancy but a strong commitment to customer care, rock bottom prices and high quality products means that we are growing rapidly. The majority of our business comes from repeat custom as well as personal recommendations and these are by far the most economical advertising medium.
Rather than producing cartridges ourselves the job is outsourced to dedicated manufacturers who ensure that we get the best quality products at the best prices. Products are continually tested in-house to ensure that quality is being maintained and we are consistently testing products from alternative manufacturers to ensure that we are getting the best that is available.
