All items will be delivered absolutely free of charge within the UK. Packages requiring European delivery will incur a small postage fee.
Our standard delivery will be sent primarily by First Class Royal Mail post. Royal Mail currently aim to deliver 92% of items posted via this service by the next working day. Particularly heavy (1.25kg+) or expensive items will be sent by a next day ParcelForce courier service. This service aims to guarantee delivery by 5:30pm the next day, Monday to Friday. We endeavour to get all orders placed before 4:30pm sent out on a same day basis with few exceptions.
Customers also have the choice of choosing a guaranteed next day delivery service if the order is placed before 16:00 Monday to Friday. Items sent in this fashion will either be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery which guarantees items by 12:00 the next working day or particularly heavy items (1.25kg+) will be sent by ParcelForce who delivery up to 17:30 the next day. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not classified as working days so items sent guaranteed next working day on Friday will be unlikely to be received before the Monday.
Please note that although every effort will be made to ensure that items sent by this service will be delivered next working day, unforeseen circumstances may prevent this from happening in which case your delivery cost will be refunded.
We close for seasonal holidays, and these closure dates are published on the website at the appropriate time of year.
