Pricematching
At Refresh Cartridges we are continually checking our prices against competitors in the industry and believe our prices to be amongst the lowest available. We do appreciate from time to time however you may find a product cheaper elsewhere which is why we’ll gladly match any genuine like for like UK price, either at the point of purchase or up to 7 days after the order has been placed.
If you find a price cheaper then please let us know at pricematch@refreshcartridges.co.uk and include details of where you’ve seen the offer and a contact phone number and we’ll happily give you a call to place the order at the lower price.
Products do have to be broadly equivalent, so we will for example price match one of our compatibles against an alternative manufactured by a competitor, but will not an original cartridge against a cheaper compatible. There are no limits to the number of times you can take advantage of this service however we reserve the right to refuse to match in certain extreme circumstances; the most likely being if the match were to result in us suffering an overall loss by us completing the sale.
