Special Order Items

Due to the huge amount of toners commercially available we drop ship some items directly from supplier. Whilst these orders do not normally incur a delay some harder to come by or less commonly ordered items have to be ordered in specially by our suppliers.

These items will generally take an additional 7-14 days to be delivered.

Please rest assured that any of these items ordered will be sourced as quickly as possible and shipped directly to you to minimise wait. Whilst we would love to be able to offer our usual speedy delivery service on all item on our website unfortunately the delay is unavoidable for these items.
